Health is wealth and if you eventually become wealthy but unhealthy you will realize that there's more to just having lots of money in the bank. It is paramount to take our health very important because our body is fragile and if not taken care of properly it wears off. I take my health serious because I've seen how people's lives turn into constant battles due to sickness and diseases that could be taken care of at the beginning of their lives. Personal hygiene is another method of preventing the body from diseases that may likely invade the body system in future. Cleanliness promotes good health and good health prompts happy living.
Personal hygiene is a basic requirements for every human, for we females, lack of personal hygiene can quickly be noticed not like men that it takes high level of dirtiness before it becomes noticeable to the public. A day hardly passes I don't take my bath three or two times specially during the heat season where it's easy for our body to emit unpleasant smell. Washing the body regularly is a very good method of keeping the body save from germs and microorganisms that can invade the body and cause diseases.

One of the ways I keep a healthy lifestyle is by taking responsibility for the kinds of food I eat daily, less sugar more water can save the body from diabetes and other related diseases. Avoidance of sugary drinks and products will do you more good, eat vegetables, fruits and other natural foods, it boost the immune system and reduces the risk of diseases and death.
Exercise is also a very good precursor to healthy living, staying physically is one of my goals in life and I am gradually working towards that. The body gets weaker without exercise and one may likely fall sick quickly. Aging is also attributed to lack of exercise and personal hygiene, we most not do too much to keep the body fit, trekking is a good form of exercise too. One may decide to cover short distances by trekking. Jugging is another good form of exercise because it helps burn fats and calories. Personal hygiene should be a way of life because it's a fundamental requirements for a healthy lifestyle.
I don't know if anybody's not willing to have a healthy life with family and friends, obviously we all want a good thing and we have to work for it, discipline can help us to be consistent in doing what will help us grow better and live a healthy life. Not everything we eat, not everything we should rub on our skin, we should avoid whatever that may damage our immune system. Smoking does harm the lungs, not instantly but it builds plaque around vessels that supply blood on our liver and blocks the free flow of oxygen, we need to be very careful of bad habits because it's an easy route to an unhealthy lifestyle.
Workaholics must also find time to give the body rest, adequate sleep and rest energize the body to work more but too many loads may end up crashing us down. I learnt to give myself rest after excessive work because if I punish my body system to do more than it can carry, it will punish me back too in one way or the other. Personal hygiene involved taking very good care of yourself, no body will do that to you much better than yourself.
