One thing I wish to change about myself

Happy new month and welcome to the month of love🤗😊❤️
I love how our recent topics keep emphasizing on personal experiences, its also giving some of us room to express our minds and how to handle some of the difficulties we faced

Let's dive into the topic very well, this has been something that keeps bothering me for a very long time, it had made me lost relationships of different kinds and affected me negatively.
I've always been someone who questions my own abilities. When faced with a decision, I find myself paralyzed by doubt. I overthink every possibility, every potential outcome, and every what-if scenario.

It's like having a constant inner critic, one that whispers "you're not good enough" or "you're making a mistake." This voice is so loud that it drowns out my own intuition and confidence.

I've come to realize that I'm struggling with self-trust. It's as if I'm waiting for external validation to confirm my own worth.

But deep down, I know this isn't sustainable. I need to learn to trust myself, to have faith in my own abilities.

If I could change one thing about myself, I wish I could be less self-critical and more trusting of myself and others.

I tend to overanalyze situations, worry about potential outcomes, and put a lot of pressure on myself to make perfect decisions. While this trait has helped me grow and learn, it also holds me back from fully embracing life's experiences and forming deep connections with others.

If I could change this, I would want to develop a more compassionate and trusting relationship with myself. I would want to be able to take risks, make mistakes, and learn from them without beating myself up over it.

I believe that by being less self-critical and more trusting, I would be able to form more meaningful relationships, take on new challenges with confidence, and live a more authentic, joyful life."

This voice of self-doubt has held me back from forming deep connections, taking risks, and pursuing my dreams.

I've tried to compensate for this lack of self-trust by seeking validation from others. I've looked to relationships, achievements, and successes to prove my worth. But no matter how hard I've tried, I've always felt like something is missing.

That because true validation can only come from within. It's time to start building self-trust, to learn to rely on my own inner wisdom and guidance.

I believe it all start by taking moments of self-acceptance, self-compassion, and self-love. It's a journey that requires patience, kindness, and understanding. I'll need to be gentle with myself, to acknowledge my strengths and weaknesses, and to celebrate my small wins.
I'll begin to trust my instincts, to listen to my inner voice, and to honor my boundaries.

I believe this newfound self-trust will radiate outward, touching every aspect of my life. I'll become more confident in my relationships, more open to new experiences, and more willing to take on challenges.

I wish I will learn to trust my judgment, to make decisions that align with my values and goals, even though i know is going to be hard on me🤦. I'll develop a sense of self-awareness, recognizing my thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

I know that even in the process of trying to trust myself, I'll encounter setbacks and challenges, cause I've tried and it wasn't easy. There will be times when self-doubt creeps in, it has happened before and I'm scared of it happening again, when fear and uncertainty threaten to derail my progress.

I know so well that building self-trust is a whole lot of journey, not a destination. It takes time, effort, and patience. But the rewards are immeasurable: a deeper sense of self-awareness, a stronger sense of self-worth, and a more fulfilling life.
I hope that I find myself trusting me and to do away with self critics

Trusting yourself is very important, it's allows you make good decisions and also help you to follow ur instinct.
I pray that you trust yourself and be able to built strong connection with people and be able to trust yourself when making decisions.

While seld-analysis could be good, in reverse, it could be unhealthy, especially in the aspect of doubting yourself. If you can't trust yourself, then it would be difficult to trust anyone else, and that could damage you and your relationships. So, do what you have to do
