My best food

in Hive Reachoutlast month

Compliment of the season to my people, Jennycool is back, but I apologize for not been here, I've been kind of busy lately, but am back now, and today I'll talk about my favorite food. I thank the Hive reachout community for bringing out this Topic" Your favorite dish". Actually, it has reminded me the food to make this Christmas.

They're many good food with good test, I've tested some other tribal food, and they test really nice. Good food like fried Rice, coconut Rice, jollof rice, Rice and stew or sauce, any Rice, rice na Rice, then, fufu with bitter leave soup, Orah soup, Egwusi soup, ogbono soup, groundnut soup, beans Pottage, yam and egg sauce, potatoes, e.t.c
Out of all the food I've tested, the one i like most is "white soup",Ofe nsala from Igbo land in Nigeria, infact I love that soup.
The Anambra people are known with this soup, it goes down well with pounded yam, and other swallows, but to me, its good with all the swallows.
It is called white soup cos they don't add palm oil in it, but I do put a table spoon in my own, my choice though.

The soup is quite expensive but trust us, we can make anything as long as that's what we want.
The ingredient for the soup are:
*Big catfish, or chicken
*goat meat
*Dried catfish
*Yam or cocoyam (thickener)
*Ogiri
*Uziza
*Stockfish
*Seasoning cubes
*Salt
*Pepper
*Uda(optional) not recommended for pregnant women
*Intestines
*Crayfish
*Utazi leave.

I do make the at home at times, my family always enjoy it each time I cook it, especially my husband, even the kids. I wish to make some soon and I'll want you all to enjoy it with me. 😉
I also invite @hivedeb and @adaezeinchrist to come see this post, and enjoy this African delicacy with me one if this days😜.
Thanks for stopping by my post,
Hope you enjoyed reading this.
Remain Blessed, and take care.
