Wow that's awesome sir. I @kastropaul398 will really put this to practice having enough sleep like 8 hrs to have enough rest. Because I hardly sleep such hour's. Highest I can only sleep for 3-5 hrs. But to outstand the basic factor of forgetfulness I have to sleep at least 8hrs a day.
