So, in line with this week's theme I will be stating two (2) things which I wish to change about myself and the reasons why I wish to make those changes. The areas I wish to change are; My regular routine planning and physical exercises routineHello everyone, It’s your girl @Katezauka. Welcome to another beautiful week of sharing my idea on the topic "One thing you wish to change about yourself" which was brought to us by @Hive-Reachout team. This community has not only been a source of inspiration to me but has also helped me to think and access my personal life and I'm forever grateful to the community leaders for such amazing initiatives.
1. My Regular Routine Planning: Planning is something I wish I know how to do, but unfortunately, it’s a hard task for me. And when I talk of planning I mean daily activities plan, weekly plan, monthly plan and even annual plan. When I hear people talking about their plans I begin to wonder how they do it because I’m a kind of person that wakes up in the morning, thank God for the good night rest and also pray he bless my day and then set out for the activities that comes my way. Aside my time for work I do not have any special activities I do plan to achieve, as such I find it difficult to even keep records of my achievements.

Reason for planning: I am convinced and I believe that planning is a good thing to do. Therefore, I wish I could make plans and also keep to the plans. By such doing I will be able to keep track of my activities and also measure my success.
2. Physical Exercise Routine: I wish to have a daily fitness routine I can keep to. Probably doing morning juging or even indoors exercises that will help keep my body in good shape and healthy condition. I have a neighbour who always go out for juging every morning and anytime I sees her I feel like joining her but fear of the unknown won't let me take the bold step. I feel I would end up disgracing myself because I know I don't have enough stamina to meet up with her.

Reason for exercise: I wish I could step up and do regular daily exercises so that I can stay healthy and also build a good body shape.
Those are the things I wish I could change about myself. Having figured them out as a result of this this week's theme, I will see to it that I work towards having a change because I believe it will help me live better and healthier.
Having said that I would like to also use this opportunity to encourage any one reading this post to be a good routing planner and also do regular exercise so as to stay strong and healthy.

Planning! One important quality we need in life. It's a good one you've outlined and explained here. And I take your advice...lol
When we allow the fear of the unknown hold us, we can't do what we want to do. I think you have an advantage already to start that physical exercise due to the presence of someone to motivate and guide you. Just take up the courage and dot. Hey, you can do it.
