Last year, 2024, was a year that was filled with many unfortunate events. People complain bitterly of the economic crisis in my country, goals were not achieved due to one reason or the other, People lost, people gained and many people could not get back on their feet, so, they gave up on the line.
I was one such person that passed through the rough tides of last year, but then, instead of quiting, I made up my mind to continue surfing the tides, no matter how high it may seem to be. There were many goals that were not achieved, but still, I can't beat myself for long, we have to restructure and bring them over to this year, a beautiful year.
The advent of 2025 has brought to my realization that, there a a whole lot of things that I need to get accomplished. After evaluating my progress last year, I must say, my growth was really nice and amazing, even though there was/are things that are inhibiting it.
There are quite a lot of things that I will love to accomplish in hive this year. A whole lot, and I'm hoping that my offline activities do not interfere greatly with my online activities.
GAMING
Though naturally, I am not a type to play games even in my free times, I have come to find my self begining to love hive games.
I initially created a splitter lands account about last year, but I was not able to maintain this account, so, I left it dormant. Thankfully, I created the account using direct Gmail, so, there was no need for me to remember any password as I can login directly with my Gmail.
Also, I have been a member of Holozing for over 1 years now. I wanted Holozing to be the first game that I will ever play, but then, it's gameplay has not begun yet, so, I decided to start with another game.
I don't actually want to be a big gamer, but I just want it to be a way in which I interact with other hive bloggers and/or none bloggers.
Currently, I discovered a new hive game, and that is what I have been trying to understand since yesterday.
The games name is Crownrend, a strategy game which was developed by Deathwing and his partner.
So far, in loving the game, and I hope to use this medium to start my gaming journey and migrate to other games like splinter land, Woo, and other games.
HIVE ENGINE
Another thing I would love to achieve in hive his year is to enlarge my engine tokens. As small as they make look, engine tokens gives money just as hive does. Investing in these tokens is not a bad idea, except if you just randomly invest.
Also, being an engine tokens investor will also aid me to meet some of the big guys there are in hive. It's a win-win, when I meet these people, I will be able to expand my knowledge, not only my hive knowledge, but I could get knowl of things outside of hive.
HIVE POWER
Just like many other authors I have meet, I equally hope to grow my hive power.
Building my gaming reputation, getting engine tokens and all that, will likely be nothing if my hive power is not as big as possible. So, this year, I want to take it upon myself to try everything possible to join hive power up days. There are many inhibiting factors, life is not always easy, but then, I believe that, this year, I will scale through.
ENGAGEMENT
These days, I have been really busy with offline stuffs, which are taking most of my time. I have limited time to even engage with other people in he hive community.
I can't do neither of these three, threading, snaps or waves, and it's making me unhappy ya'know.
I guess I don't have a good time management skills or something, but then, I hope to increase my engagement with other hiver authors.
I want to explore far and wide, let me reach the edges of hive and see what the view is like from there. However, the only way I can do this, is to engage with other people.

Happy Sunday, your entry for this contest is topnotch and I love the way you started the post. 2024 wasn't an easy year at all, alot of people couldn't meet up with their goals for that year and am not even an exception. I believe if we keep on working hard and praying, we will definitely achieve our goals.
Is good to hear you love the games here but I must confess I don't really have much ideas about the games here.
