RE: Double Dating

I completely agree that double dating brings more harm than good. Deceit, betrayal, and insecurity often follow, and in the end, no one truly wins. A strong relationship requires focus and intentionality, and like you said, someone who knows what they want won’t feel the need to juggle multiple partners.

I also like how you touched on the reasons why people double date, whether it’s materialism, insecurity, or just a lack of direction. In today’s world, where instant gratification is so common, many people lose sight of what really matters in a relationship. But true love isn’t about having multiple options; it’s about choosing one person and building something real together.

That being said, I think another key aspect is communication. Some people end up in unclear situations because they never defined their relationship properly. Open and honest conversations can prevent a lot of unnecessary heartbreak.

Overall, this is a really thought-provoking post. Thanks for sharing your insight on the topic @roseayuba

Yeah sure if there is effective communication, I think it will go a long way to prevent double dating, if u know what u want, u will not double date.
