Everyone has different approaches when their emotions are triggered, for me I might not be able to give my best when I'm angry. I love to do stuffs that takes away my mind from the source of my anger. I could either go on a walk or play some music or even, do both.
We can always change the product of our anger, I love your approach to anger also..
