Forgetfulness is something that can happen to anyone; no one would say that he or she has not forgotten something before. There are times you have a lot to do or a lot to think about, and that can really cause you to forget so many things, even those important things you wanted to do.

We forget a lot of things, like to lock the house, to off the gas, to unplugged the iron, to off the sockets etc and these are always very risky to our lives.

EFFECTS OF FORGETFULNESS

Misunderstanding: When you forget dates, events, promises, etc., it can lead to misunderstanding. In keeping a good and quality relationship, you must not forget important things like birthdays, marriage anniversaries, etc., about the person you are relating to so as not to make that person feel uncared for.

Independency: Forgetting easily makes you depend on people for a lot of things. You will be needing people to remind you of everything when you forget easily. You need to be remembering things so that you will not look as if you are not coordinated, as that can make you dependent.

Emotional Distress: Forgetfulness can make you feel frustrated and anxious, and these can make you very sad. If you forget every time, you may not meet your target for the day, and then you will have to take them into the next, making it very difficult for you to keep up with things.

Stagnation: Forgetfulness makes you stagnated, not leaving a particular place for a very long time. Forgetting every time makes you not achieve anything.

Lost of Job: In extreme cases, a person who forgets could lose his or her job, because if you do not remember what you need to do or the report you need to give, it can make you unproductive to your company, and this makes your employer fire you.

Safety Risk: Forgetfulness can place a risk on lives and property. If you were to put off your electrical appliances, then it could cause the loss of lives and properties. It is very important to be careful with these things so that you will not have to buy things every time or have to put people's lives at risk.

How to Cope with Forgetfulness

Memory Aids: Use calendars to mark dates so as to stay organized.

Forgetfulness can be solved if you work towards it, as it is very bad to be forgetting important things. You need to remember important things or even detailed information so that you will not have to suffer a lot of things that can be avoided.

I know this is unrelated , your hair is so beautiful 🥹🫶🏽. How do you manage to to keep it healthy?

Forgetfulness always cause a lot and it’s always a risk , I know we’re humans and we would always make that mistake what I do to avoid this mistake is taking note down of activities I need to do to avoid problems.
