In a few months, I would be marking my third year anniversary on this space. I've joined for almost three years but haven't been active that long. I only started to show up here sometime in the middle of last year. I must admit that in this little while that i have been active, I've had fun and experienced growth, which I am grateful for.
One thing thst I told myself last year as regards my input to this space was that I would show up. I told myself that for no reason would I stay off for a week without engaging here. I am usually busy and used that as an excuse to not be present but not anymore. For only a short while that I showed up better last year, I registered good progress in my log.
I already mapped out how I plan to grow and what I hope to achieve this year on Hive, but for the purpose of this question, o would be sharing them here.
The first one is that I set a goal to get to a 1500HP. I'm currently at about five hundred and I know that my goal for my HP is small and that I can surpass it because I now know all the right things to do but I'll let it stay as is. Hopefully, I surpass it. To achieve the goal, this means I would need to get a minimum of 83HP monthly. And to reach that, in addition to sharing more creative and quality content as well as engaging more, I also will be setting a number of my posts to a hundred percent power-up rather than always taking liquid rewards.
The second goal that I have set out to achieve is saving one hbd daily. While I grow my Hive power, I think it's also wise that I set aside some liquid rewards that could come handy at certain times. The goal is to save one HBD(or more) and accumulate not less than 400 by year end. With learning about the interest accrued to safe locking the funds in savings, I am even more glad to.
Finally, I plan to engage, engage, and engage. I've been far from the social butterfly(or do I say, busy bee?). Engagement is what makes Hive,Hive. It's what this place is known for, and it's what keeps a person thriving far better. This year, I have a goal to be more engaging in communities that I participate in and others. Every day, I have set out to make a particular number of comments. In addition, I plan to visit more communities and participate there and develop myself.
These goals might seem little but trust ke when I say that I am going at them in full spirit and doing the most with them. I'm out to make sure that I clap for myself so loud at the end of the year for what I achieved. I hope I smash all em goals.
