How I think we can make Hive Reachout better as a community member.

Hello everyone, welcome to my blog, the year is running faster than many would expect it.

Improvement is not a destruction, but a way of improving upon the existing things. Hive reachout is a very wonderful community that needs our support in all ways.

Indeed, we need to improve our attitude in the community. Hive is a community that has too many other subheads communities too.

First hive reachout could be improved if everyone in the community realize that there; is something called “niche” if everyone in the community understand their niche and render few delegations to the hive reachout community I think that would drastically improve the community.

Delegating HBD and Hive, to the community is essential, those that have HBD and Hive should delegate to the community. hive reachout can't grow beyond how it is if we bring the entire people to the community without thinking of how to financially fund the community too.

Because what keeps a community, of such a blockchain like ours, is the voting strength, and I am suggesting that, there should be an operation delegate of HBD, Hive and Token for the community well-being.

The second thing I am thinking, that can improve this community, is creating a space where, voting opportunity by those who delegate to community should be made clearly open that it is higher than the ones who didn't.

This is not to say that we should be biase but what we all are doing here is strictly business, and business man needs to invest more capital to witness more profits.

Why I say so, is that it is humans who operate here, and every so often we humans need to see things in the other way before we can do something right.

Though this too would scare some people away from the community, but trust me, nothing, is bigger than a good voting strength holding community.

Those who would remain, and support the community, will see the benefits, trust me. After a while, the ones who might leave will all come back. Because we have taken the reunion part of improving the voting strength of our contents through a collective effort.

The third one is creating brand publicity for hive reachout. People should start publicizing the brand, and the community hive reachout. Of course, hive reachout is a brand an a brand can only improve by having capable hands to carry out the right publicity for it cost.

Let's set a week or month outside that every members of the community will have to post their mostly invitation link, number of delegation each persons made for the week or month to the community.

This kind of post should be scheduled to benefit a more higher curation rewards opposed to the people who are not actively participating in the vision of betterment.

And a fellow up week or month should also be scheduled, where these newbies onboarded would be requested by host community to present a fellow up activeness of these persons in the community members who onboarded them into the community.

Now at this point, if people only invite people to get the curation and run, that's hit and run. It will be easier to dedict such persons and understand how to manage their curation in such a way it wouldn't be so visible.

Doing this, isn't just going to the on social media, or to invite a friend to a place where they come to earn and leave.

Let place on our social media handles, Hive Reachout as place where people can come and make money that would enable them to help those around them, they have been wanting to help without even touching their salaries here is an open flaw.

This kind of publicity begins to make one think, so there is a place called Hive Reachout, where I can contribute my quarters and at the same time earn some figures to help the needy or Reachout to people.

The fourth idea in my head now is to create a space, where members of the community can have the opportunity to be evaluated, their weekly publicity about the community. I have said this before but for the sake of doubts, it worth to still say again because its importance in this community.

Where people who did better could be rewarded with some token or whatever. Now you see why I started by saying we need a collective donation because everything would depend based on the resources holding availability of the community.

Another way is to collaborate with other communities, for instance, our community collaboration with the inleo front end, is undoubtedly improving the community, even in terms of visibility, rewards, membership.

I am suggesting more if this kind of collaboration should be considered. Hive Reachout should have additional types of content that should be posted in the community.

This is looking out for contents that is not acceptable in other communities and encourage such contents in this community.

This would also help improve the community because when people visit the community, and discover they have a niche here, they will remain in the community.

And when they see how it works, they would be left with no options than to support the community, so they too can improve on what they would go home with.

This is some of honesty ways I think we can improve this community and I hope I have made any common sense in all of these.
