Do you know you can save your life in most cases much more than the doctor could?
one of the most effective way we can protect yourself and other is by personal hygiene,
it is expected that you wash your body at least every day and use antiseptics to stop body smells and be self free from jams penetrating the skin.
I discovered many of us think washing of hands and food items before eating is just a mere primary school awareness of course no the word "prevention is better than cure" is very paramount.
ignorance can lead one to early grave one needs to be cautious he eats and use on his body, this is because most diseases are spread through the water we drink, food we eat, water we use in bathing, food items we buy from hawkers without examining them to see if they are ready for consumption.

Most often not only spoiled food can cause diseases there are some manual and chemically produced substances one needs to be careful in consuming due to their side effect such as;
High sugar intake, vegetables/animals oil, packaged food not approved by the health agencies, etc
Ones mental health can also affect how they take care of themselves. People who are living with certain conditions like; psychotic disorder, depression, or drug or alcohol use disorder, may find it very difficult to keep up a personal hygiene routine due to excessiveness and lack of abstaining.

Tips to keep yourself in good health condition;

*Take enough water daily.

  • keep your living place clean and disinfected
    *Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol *eat balance diet including fruits, vegetables,
    protein and many more...
  • manage stress, through relaxation and sleep
  • have exercise at least once daily
  • listen to your body signs anytime you observe and unusual change.
