Freedive Moalboal | Close up with the Sardines

Snapshot_177.jpg

This might be the last Freediving video for this month! I already ran out of raw underwater footage! But just in time I guess... I and @ybanezkim26 are heading for another freediving adventure soon but still in Moalboal, Cebu, Philippines. It's almost two months since our last visit there and damn I so miss my underwater kingdom already.

This video was taken during our last visit there where the water was so calm and we explored other marine sanctuaries in Moalboal. But it's always the Sardine Run that is a challenge to take great photos and videos! We already had planned shots/angles but on the actual shoot it doesn't go according to plan! 😂

Luckily, we were able to take an awesome video of the sardines moving in unison with its silver skin reflecting light. Oh yeah, didn't forget to feature our constant underwater buddy - Mr. Turtle! Anyways, I'm damn excited to go back to Moalboal at the end of this month! Perhaps, you want to join us? Let me know!

I'm curious how it feels like to see and be surrounded by hundreds or thousands of those sardines! Moalboal is just a gem!

That is true! I will never get tired of visiting Moalboal but I do plan to venture out soon to other diving spots in the Philippines!

I suggest you go to Negros Oriental. The place where I used to live is a diving paradise. It's in Dauin, theres also in Bacong, Apo Island and Zamboanguita. Divers would say it's like heaven underwater.

It's such a peaceful experience to be under water, its truly another world. Thanks for sharing

Hey @travelingcocoon! thank you so much for dropping by and watching the video! I truly appreciate it! and yes, I always find my peace underwater!

The swim with the turtle looks amazing...made me think of the turtles in Finding Nemo 😊 beautiful video

Yeah! Although, I would find Nemo from time to time, but perhaps those were his doppelgangers! 😂 Do you swim or dive too?

I just swim, never tried deed diving. I live by Black Sea and just snorkle around and paddleboard but I would really love to try deep diving, even more now after I see all your videos 😊 maybe this summer will be the one to do it 🧜‍♀️

Wow, Black Sea! I guess its always nice to have your first time deep diving here in southeast asia. I'm not bias though its just that we have beautiful marine sanctuaries here so I encourage you to try it here! 😁

But I've wanted try SUP! but will still save up first to buy the board!

First time I tried snorkling was in Thailand, Koh Tao and it was beautiful, the marine world was completely different from our sea. I am sure where you are is as beautiful and amazing, I am putting it out in the Universe 😄 trip to southeast asia for deep dive 😄🙏
SUPs are awesome, I am sure you will love it .
