It has been a relaxing weekend for me. I'm currently in Bogo in the Northern part of Cebu. The weather had abruptly changed yesterday, from sunny to gloomy. We're still in bed with friends; it's bed weather and there's nothing wonderful to do that stay in bed. 😂 Sundays like this are just the best.
Today, I'll be sharing my first ever freediving training. I'll be telling you what happens during an Introductory Freedive Class in a separate post. In this video, I'll just show you what happens during a line training. This is one of the essential trainings one undergoes to complete the Introductory Class.
Also, today marks the commencement of Freedive with Patsitivity. I'd like to share another journey from being rescued by a boatman (more details soon) to freediving at the best freediving spots in Cebu. It wasn't an easy one just like the rest of the things I've been trying to do but it has been promising and rewarding to see the underwater creatures in their natural habitat.
If you've been meaning to try freediving but still afraid of what might happen during the actual line training, I hope this video gives you an idea that it ain't that scary. You can even see in this video how careful and guided my friends and I during the training. The things we are scared of will continue to be scary and unappealing if we continue being scared of them. So instead of wondering if you can do it, why not try, right? 😊

I have already freedive with @glecerioberto and I have yet to freedive with you. Ah.. the freediving couple. Pirmi nlng mi thirdwheel ni @ybanezkim26 ani.
But yes, line training is one thing one does undergo on their basics and is strongly suggested to practice once in a while. It helps you improve and measure the max depth one is able to reach. I tried and got to 14m and I'm hoping I can do more one I got certified.
