Greetings friends, I hope you are well on New Year's Eve, recently I have been traveling and taking advantage of those trips to take some photographs of the architecture of the places I have visited, recently I was in the capital of the state of Aragua visiting a friend who lives in a urbanization that is in las delicias, it is a very comfortable and admirable area from the architectural point of view so I invite you to accompany me on this tour
This urbanization is made up of a group of buildings, with spectacular aesthetics and design. My friend told me that an apartment in that area due to its location is around 70 thousand dollars, an amount that shows that to live in this place you must own financial stability, personally I loved the place, it gives a different perspective to the city
I have noticed that the palm trees give a touch of elegance to the urbanizations, this does not escape that reality because you can see throughout this urbanization how the environmental design complements its architecture, at this moment I felt fascinated taking photographs in the place and contemplating its beautiful architecture
In my personal opinion I give a 10 out of 10 to this beautiful urbanization, which also has a surveillance system as well as security cameras, which makes it a safe place with constant monitoring. What do you think of this type of urbanization? In the city where every millimeter of land has to be used, I consider it ideal because it guarantees more homes in limited spaces.
With the economic instability that the country has, acquiring an apartment in this area is a viable option to protect capital because having money in the bank is a headache, especially because in this country the dollar has become the national currency. , but acquiring it is complicated, there are different rates and all with a different and even overwhelming quote price if we look at it from a large-scale point of view.
I love this type of bars, especially the design of the wall to which it is attached. My friend told me that if there are disadvantages of living in this type of urbanization, at least the people who have pets will be the most affected because the condominium rules prohibit them
What do you think of the exterior design of these buildings? Aren't they beautiful? And beyond the aesthetics and design, we can say that it is a good investment, which guarantees the protection of our capital. For me, these buildings are magnificent and they have a high architectural level that should be valued by those of us who admire architecture and design.
I then followed the route and although I did not do it through the entire urbanization due to its large size, it is a very complete urban planning with even schools, churches and this whole range of wine and service venues for the inhabitants of this sector.
Something that I found fascinating was that within this complex of buildings I found a very elegant home, by the way, which I share with you. This is the dream of many to have a home with an elegant design and architecture.
These palm bushes give a tropical appearance to this urbanization, they give it an atmosphere in such a way that it feels as if the sea were on one side or at least that's how I feel, and although the beaches are about 30 minutes from this town you can feel like that atmosphere because these palm trees give it that tropical touch
I loved this brick building in terms of its design and architecture. For me, it is one of the most aesthetic, although they all have their elegant touch in terms of their architecture, but for me, in terms of my tastes, I like this one personally.

Great tour of the city, the buildings have nice and varied designs to choose from, I liked the building in photo number two, the facade with tinted glass looks elegant; the corner house with shingles is another one of my favorites for its design.
