Based on my conversation with the school, they stated that they had been waiting for the budget for a long time, because the previous conditions were very disturbing to the school environment itself. In order to avoid unwanted things such as theft, destruction of school goods, school facilities and so on, the school has submitted an application to the city government to distribute the project budget for the construction of this fence.
In this project I became the supervisor of the project, I saw the start of this fence was very low and it might be easy to climb the fence. I think this project is very useful for everyone in the school environment, and one more thing I think will also be useful for students who are naughty to no longer have access to skipping school.
At the beginning of the review of the work site, I and several other people headed there to see the initial condition of this fence. It is also very useful for me to save the documentation (start location) which I will show as the progress of the work.
- Job site (basic construction)
The overall length of the fence is approximately 100 meters, and the height is almost 2 meters. The way it is done is that the concrete connection must have special grafts or handles to attach to the new concrete, this method also gives strength to the construction so that it lasts a long time.
I went to the job foreman to ask how long it would take for the job to be completed. The foreman said the standard is about 1 month, and even then if there are no disturbances in the location or the adequacy of the materials or tools needed.
- Formwork for beam work
The initial process at the job site is completed, and then the construction work can be carried out as soon as possible.
- Breaking in the old concrete
The old concrete must be pounded, so that the old iron will blend with the new iron.
- The process of installing formwork for beams
- Formwork for the whole beam
- Formwork installation process for main posts
They (the workers) hunt for the job by continuing the pile pairing after the beam pair is finished. That doesn't mean they have to wait for all the blocks to be finished, because there are so many workers that this work goes on quickly.
- Main pole installation
The pole is the most important job, it must really be considered, from the slope to the size that must be integrated into the old pole.
- Brick wall pair
- Brick masonry (mainly neatness)
- Brick wall for the whole area
- The addition of supporting formwork for the upper beam
- Upper beam installation
Starting from the installation of formwork, installation of iron beams and casting for the formation of beams.
- Upper beam work completed
- Brick wall plaster
After completing the work on the top beam, the next job is to cover the brick wall (plaster) to make it look attractive, and be able to do other work, namely painting.
- Brick wall plaster from the right
- Brick wall plaster from the left
- Fence painting process
It took almost 1 month to complete this construction, the process was carried out smoothly. Then there is the final stage, namely painting the entire new fence.
- Fence construction 100% complete
This construction project does not specify painting for the entire fence (including the old fence), but only recommended for the new fence. That may be insufficient budget, rendering old construction unpainted.
Because of the length of the fence, the contractor for this project was not able to do it personally, but the school did not comment on this either. They are actually very grateful for the construction of the fence that has been done, they will also seek their own funds for painting the entire fence.
After the process of completing the work, the parties concerned, starting from the city government, project supervisors and contractors, are together to re-measure the existing sizes at the work location. The size is exactly the same as the size in the picture, this means that this project work is completely finished.
Thank you all for being here, forgive me if there are words that are not clear there, and thanks to the whole support team @ranchorelaxo @appreciator @haejin

Great job, the fence is now more pleasing with the eyes compared to its old looks.
Yeah, besides being good it really works for the safety of the school environment there.
Thank you for the kind feedback @afterglow
