The concept of modern architecture in the construction sector has created a number of extravagant buildings in recent years, both for residential and office use. Many structures are extravagant and respect the ingenuity of their creators, always looking for forms that in some way are a sort of trademark. A few weeks ago the construction of a building for residential use was completed, very peculiar for its aesthetic form, I call it a great television and the images can somehow explain why.
The building consists of a total of 5 residential floors, the last two are actually a single housing unit on two floors and constitute the large head of the building. From any perspective you look at the structure, the head is always very evident and you get the feeling that it is really very large, as well as being square. The head of the building is deliberately distinct not only in shape but also in colors: in fact the body of the building is covered with marble slabs of different shades from brown to beige with even warmer veins such as orange.
Access to the apartments is represented by a corridor illuminated by LED spotlights and modest but elegant vegetation, a sign of careful aesthetic research aimed at not neglecting the smallest detail. Access to the pits is delimited by a side lane that leads to the underground area where there are two floors with the various rooms for parking cars. A large electric and automatic glass gate allows and limits access to the garage.
The head, on the other hand, is in tune and white in color, a clear distinction therefore between the two bodies which, however, bind very well into a single structure. Built following the current regulations in terms of energy saving, the buildings have a maximum level of energy class A +++, a guarantee of eco-sustainability and savings also for future owners.
The huge balconies with darkened windows guarantee privacy but also allow maximum enjoyment of the spectacle in front of the sea. Located a few meters from the coast, the area is purely tourist with beaches, pubs and pizzerias within walking distance. The side facing the building also allows the enjoyment of a spectacle without limits, the dawn. Every morning, therefore, the inhabitants of the apartments will be able to admire the birth of the sun from the early hours of the morning.
The balconies of the apartments on the first three floors are joined in a single corridor and separated from the properties by an elegant and dark glass window that guarantees privacy but offers a very fine elegance. Palaces such as the Big Watch also represent an element of urban ornament and tourist attraction, in fact many stop at the foot of the building to admire the structure in all its splendor.
The lack of a park around the structure is the only sore point, unfortunately the absence of space does not allow you to create special equipped green areas but the view of the sea certainly replaces this lack.

Hello @claudio83. That's an incredibly stunning modern building. I'm impressed by the simplicity of its minimalistic facade consisting of clean lines, basic geometries, and the functional aesthetics of clear glass balustrades. The cost of living there must probably be expensive due to the site's strategic location across the coastline where you get a full panoramic view of the ocean.
I confirm that the cost of the apartments is really expensive, both for the quality of the building and for the strategic arrangement in a tourist area and so close to the sea.
On the other hand, beautiful things always have a cost: P
That certainly makes a lot of sense. Thank you for this great publication!

This is a real cinema, not a TV, lol.
