Architecture of Nomadtrails Boutique Hotel

Greetings to A+D community friends! Today I'm going to talk about the architecture of my favorite hotel during my stay in Sapa, Vietnam. The name of the hotel is Nomadtrails boutique hotel. Nomadtrails was the first hotel I stayed at in Sapa. I chose this hotel thanks to recommendations from some influencers on social media. I didn't have high expectations because I chose this hotel because of its cheap price. When I arrived at the front of the hotel, I still thought the hotel was ordinary like most boutique hotels. But when I went inside, especially when I entered the room, I was really amazed by the architecture of this hotel.

From the front, Nomadtrails boutique hotel looks like the neighboring buildings that are also boutique hotels. The difference is the color and the writing on the front. The color of this boutique hotel building is orange, making it easy to find even though the place is a bit tucked away. The size of the length to the side is not too long, but this building is quite tall and has about five floors.

Let's move on to the lobby area of the hotel. The hotel entrance is all glass, so we can see part of the lobby area from the front of the hotel. This is one of my favorite spots of the hotel. There are two rectangular reception desks, in front of which are a few sofas for waiting. There are also some eye-catching decorations, some small statues placed on the table. One of the statues is a Buddha's head placed in the center and then several elephant statues next to it. There is also a statue that looks like an angel. Then on the right side there is also a waiting room with several sofas. In front of it is an elevator. One of the things I like about the lobby area is that the floor in front of the reception desk is like a chessboard.

Let's move on to my most favorite area, the bedroom. I really like the architecture and design of this hotel room. From the floor, the bed, the window to the furniture, I really like it. The floor uses wooden floor, the table chair is also made of wood. There was an oval-shaped mirror with a wooden list hanging on the wall near the window. When you open the curtain, you can't see out and only see a wall with vines, I think it's quite beautiful. Another part that is equally beautiful is the bathroom. The bathroom looks luxurious and antique. From the floor, sink, shower, mirror, everything feels like an antique. I don't know if I'm the only one who feels that way or if other people have the same opinion.

Then the hallway of the hotel on the floor I stayed on was also aesthetically pleasing. Although the hallway is a bit narrow and there are only a few rooms per floor, this area is also quite nice.Even the stairs up and down were aesthetically pleasing with appropriate lighting.

The last one is the top floor. I originally went up to this floor thinking that there was a rooftop. But when I got up there, it turned out to be a dining room with glass walls all around. For the floor, they use a patterned floor like a chessboard, but it looks a bit shabby. As for the furniture, I quite like it. Blue chairs and sofas and some unique hanging lamps. There was a small sink for washing hands. But what I think is a bit lacking is the placement of gallons of drinks on the bar counter.

What do you think of Nomadtrails Boutique Hotel's architecture? Do you have a vacation plan to Sapa city, Vietnam? If so, I highly recommend Nomadtrails boutique hotel. Apart from its nice architecture and cheap price, the place is clean and easy to find because it's not far from the city center.

Hey @brumest from @qurator team! Thank you so much for the curation and support!

I love the floor in the dining room. The black and white checkered pattern. Since I love playing chess, I would love to play chess on that floor, thanks for sharing.

Then, this suits you. You can play chess there, Lol. Anyway, thanks for reading my writing and leaving your comments!

The facade has a beautiful design and color, the furniture looks comfortable, my favorite part is the dining room with its large windows and checkerboard floor.
