This project that I want to attach is for you to understand a little more about your ideas. This project is a Multipurpose Ship built in 2014, also called “spaceship” in which it has several vertical platforms in which there are different sports and cultural activities. Alejando mentions it as a hybrid alternative to public management. The first level is in contact with the street and has medical and assistance services. The second level connects with the staircase and has a multipurpose room for sports activities, workshops, recreational activities or meetings and the last level has a soccer and basketball court. Teachers from the community participated in this project. An important quality is the physical characteristics of this project that rises in the landscape with a steel structure which is clad and shelters red perforated steel modular sheets, to allow the entry of natural lighting and ventilation while at the same time with the color red the visual impact of urban planning is minimized a little.

Saludos a todos en la comunidad de Diseño y Arquitectura, hoy les traigo una publicación en la cual hablo de un gran urbanista y arquitecto de mi país Venezuela, este se trata de Alejando Haiek, el cual es un jovenque plantea la ciudad como un sistema social dónde la arquitectura es el motor de las distintas cadenas de relaciones y acciones logísticas relativas a la apropiación del espacio.

Arquitecto venezolano Alejandro Haiek, integrante de la oficina LAB.PRO.FAB, experimental con base en Caracas que plantea la ciudad como un sistema social dónde la arquitectura es el motor de las distintas cadenas de relaciones y acciones logísticas relativas a la apropiación del espacio. Cabe destacar que la información que brindaré en este post es antes de 2020, lo último que super de esta arquitecto fue que estaba realizando un proyecto en Corea del Sur. Este arquitecto piensa que la ciudad como un sistema social dónde la arquitectura es el motor de las distintas cadenas de relaciones y acciones logísticas relativas a la apropiación del espacio.

Alejandro propone iniciativas participativas comunidades activas capaces de transformar y mejorar su entorno construido. Para crear una integración social en las obras y un sentido de empatía y pertenencia para los pobladores desde la conceptualización y construcción de la obra se tomaban en cuenta las ideas y talentos de los ciudadanos nativos en el contexto para trabajar como colectivo.

Este proyecto que quiero anexar es para que entiendan un poco más de sus ideas. Este proyecto es una Nave Multipropósito construido en 2014, tambien llamado “nave espacial” en el cual tiene varias plataformas verticales en las que existen distintas actividades deportivas y culturales. Alejando lo menciona como una alternativa híbrida a la gestion publica. El primer nivel esta en contanto con la calle y tiene servicios medicos y asistenciales. El segundo nivel se conecta con la escalera y posee un salon de usos multiples como para actividades deportivas, talleres, recreativas o reuniones y el ultimo nivel que posee una cancha de futbol y basquet. En este proyecto participaron maestros de la comunidad. Una cualidad importante es la caracteristicas fisicas de este proyecto que se levanta en el paisaje con una estructura de acero la cual es revestida y da cobijo laminas modulares de acero perforado de color rojo, para permitir entrada de iluminación y ventilación natural mientras que al mismo tiempo con el color rojo se minimizaun poco en el impacto visual del urbanismo.

“Nosotros le demostramos al Estado (venezolano) que podíamos hacerlo por nuestra cuenta, con pocos recursos y siendo mucho más eficientes, creando infraestructuras civiles que no son mantenidas con dinero estatal, sino con la conciencia ciudadana de entender la ciudad y desde la voluntad de democratizar el suelo. Le demostramos que es posible construir no en la ciudad formal, sino en una que resulta del accidente. Que, ahí donde no hay normas, cada proyecto se convierte en una oportunidad para gestionar el territorio y para producir nuevas formas de poder y toma de decisiones; y también para producir una nueva arquitectura que renueva material de segunda mano y la industria del mercado inmobiliario; especialmente, para generar una arquitectura que no es efímera, que no es basura, pero que tampoco es el edificio de cinco o diez pisos que siempre está vacío.”

Hola @feiderman te saludo con respeto y cariño. Lo mas seguro es que el Arquitecto Alejando Haiek esté fuera de nuestro País, como muchos excelentes profesionales. Es importante la concienciación en materia de ahorro y viabilidad de los proyectos, sin que para ello exista la mano del estado, mas allá de otorgar los permisos para la construcción. cito:
