Venezuelan architect Alejandro Haiek, member of the LAB.PRO.FAB office, an experimental based in Caracas that poses the city as a social system where architecture is the engine of the different chains of relationships and logistical actions related to the appropriation of space. It should be noted that the information that I will provide in this post is before 2020, the last thing that I super about this architect was that he was carrying out a project in South Korea. This architect thinks that the city as a social system where architecture is the engine of the different chains of relationships and logistical actions related to the appropriation of space.
Alejandro proposes participatory initiatives for active communities capable of transforming and improving their built environment. In order to create a social integration in the works and a sense of empathy and belonging for the inhabitants, from the conceptualization and construction of the work, the ideas and talents of native citizens were taken into account in the context to work as a collective.

This project that I want to attach is for you to understand a little more about your ideas. This project is a Multipurpose Ship built in 2014, also called “spaceship” in which it has several vertical platforms in which there are different sports and cultural activities. Alejando mentions it as a hybrid alternative to public management. The first level is in contact with the street and has medical and assistance services. The second level connects with the staircase and has a multipurpose room for sports activities, workshops, recreational activities or meetings and the last level has a soccer and basketball court. Teachers from the community participated in this project. An important quality is the physical characteristics of this project that rises in the landscape with a steel structure which is clad and shelters red perforated steel modular sheets, to allow the entry of natural lighting and ventilation while at the same time with the color red the visual impact of urban planning is minimized a little.

“We showed the (Venezuelan) State that we could do it on our own, with few resources and being much more efficient, creating civil infrastructures that are not maintained with state money, but with the citizen awareness of understanding the city and from the will to democratize the soil. We show you that it is possible to build not in the formal city, but in one that results from the accident. That, where there are no rules, each project becomes an opportunity to manage the territory and to produce new forms of power and decision-making; and also to produce a new architecture that renews second-hand material and the real estate market industry; especially, to generate an architecture that is not ephemeral, that is not garbage, but that is not the five or ten-story building that is always empty. "
To carry out this post I did a little research in which I found an interesting link to an article in the ABC about the quite interesting ideas of the architect Alejandro, it is quite long therefore I will leave the link in case you want to read

Hello @feiderman, brilliant idea to create a multi-level sports "spaceship" to encourage social activities within a community. Cool post
Yes! Is very nice your project
Fascinating! I am happy to know about young Architect who has created wonderful structures. I assume he is fan of colours the bright ones as his façade speaks loud about this. Your keen observations are commendable.
Great publications, Have a wonderful weekend:)
Thank you for your comment. Yes, this Architect need the color for a big project
