Hello
I want to share about this mosque that located near my house.
I actually rarely go to the mosque and this time i have a chance to go there because my mom asked me to go there to pray.
I dont know the last time i visited the mosque so i feel a bit excited that day.
When we arrived, i got surprised by the mosque building.
Its obviously not the same with this misque building that i remember when i was young.
Like i said before, i rarely go to the mosque eventhough its very close to my house.
This is a newly renovated mosque.
I think that they always do renovating here almost every year, which is very nice.
The mosque name is Masjid Annazirin.
It located in Jalan Eka Warni, Medan Johor, Sumatera Utara.
This is what it looks like from the first place we enter the mosque area.
As we can see they have a very spacious parking spot so we will not have any trouble finding a prking spot even if there were many people in this mosque.
The parking spot is just bare like this and we can basically just park wherever we want in this space.
The space is not only stopped here but go all the way to the back.
The parking spot for the car is in the left side and the parking spot for motorbike is in the rights side.
At the time, i was with my mom and aunt and using car so we go park in the left side of the mosque.
This is on the right side of the entrance and this is where the parking spot for the motorbike.
Its pretty spacious.
This is the infaq box.
Its been such a long time since the lst time i visited a mosque so indont know if its a normal thing or nkt but the infaq box in this mosque have different label on it.
I think that is really smart and good.
People can choose how they want their money that they put in here to be used.
The choiced that i saw is three different use of infaq box, which is:
- Infaq for ambulans
- Infaq for tahfiz Annazhrin
- Infaq for Daily need of the mosque
This might looks messy but this is the toilet and wudhu place and in front of it is where they put our shoes and sandal.
So for example, people like me that using nice shoes and doesnt want to ruin my shoes with water because when we do wudhu we will need to wash our feet too, we can out our shoe here and then use the sandal that available here to go to take wudhu.
The toilet itself is pretty simple a yet very clean it can be shown how ,uch they take care of the cleanliness in this place even though so many people visit this mosque daily.
I am sorry that i cant take pictures of the inside of the toilet or wudhu space because there’re so many people without hijab there and i just dont want to be rude.
Didnt bring Mukenah (praying set for women) ?
No worries.
They have a lot here and everything smells nice and clean.
These are what the mosque looks like from the inside.
I think that its absolutely gorgeous.
Doesnt it feel even better to pray to God in such a great place.
This is more of the exterior design of the mosque.
Dont forget to wear mask all the time.
Thank you for reading.
The mosque have great architecture, great. Also stay healthy for you.
Thank you, stay healthy for you too
That's quite an interesting trip inside the mosque. The only mosque I have ever been in was the Sheikh Zayed Mosque. The rest I have only admired from the outside. Have a great week ahead!
Its interesting indeed, thank you and have a great week too for you 🙏
Hello @firayumni I greet you from the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Once I was inside a Mosque and I participated in prayer here in Venezuela and the experience filled me with peace, my wife was fascinated even though she was separated from me while we were inside. It turns out that I am a history teacher and among my students were two brothers of the Islamic religion, children of Muslims and the topic that I had to explain was Islam, so I decided to talk with the father of my students and he took me and my wife to the Mosque, gave me some books and explained some things about his religion. The experience was very good and my class quite adjusted to reality. My students liked my experience and the class.

Hello, @firayumni. Islamic architecture has its distinctive building features, and that's what I admire about their elaborate designs, fretworks, and patterns, Thank you for showcasing to us a great mosque from your neighborhood!
It is, in a way its interesting how lately people put even more thoughts and effort into designing a mosque compared to how it used to be, before its only few big or few famous mosque that have interesting design.
That's correct. At least nowadays, they are giving their full attention to great designs for most modern mosques in our current generation. Have a beautiful day! 😊
Thank you, have a beautiful day for you too 😄
