Hello @jlufer. The architects of your city have certainly made the right decision of harmonizing its buildings with the natural environment. The waterfront development is not an easy project, and it's definitely a breath of fresh air to know that the Paraná River hasn't caused major problems after many years. You're truly blessed to be residing in a beautiful metropolis like that.
