This is a beautiful chalet-style property set on foundations of stone, iron and cement, and from what we can see the external walls are built of exposed adobe brick set in masonry. A two-storey house, on the first floor there are reception and service areas, while on the second floor there are rest and recreation areas. A structural window lends character to the front, while a garden-style door and triple-paned window allow natural light into the property.

Al igual que la propiedad anterior podemos observar que la construcción se ha realizado sobre un terreno elevado, para acceder a la puerta principal hay que ascender varios escalones creado en mampostería y revestido en mosaico, a diferencia del área de servicio que se construyó al nivel municipal. Se vuelve a repetir la presencia de la naturaleza, lo que la hace en una propiedad destacada de la cuadra. Tengo que admitir que me encanto haber conocido estas dos propiedades, me encantan este tipo de viviendas con mucha presencia, son esos pequeños detales que las hacen únicas y uno sienta la satisfacción de vivir en un hogar como ellos. I am imagining that the garage door is an accordion type of door... although they may have converted the garage into a living space.
