To be honest, it's a lack of training and the fact that very few people seem to have any pride in their work thats the problem. I guess low wages don't give much motivation to be motivated but talking to a couple of the better Burmese guys who speak good English, they tell me the wages are great compared to what they would be back home.
I'm going to end up with a load of little tidying jobs to do when I get rid of all the builders and stuff but I guess after any new build, you need to start personalising it and turning into a home over time.
