Greetings @storiesoferne. Yes, as you said, the Bentota Vanavasa temple complex is quite large. It has spread around a large area. In other tunnel temples in Sri Lanka, electricity was constantly provided, but there was no electricity or any human being here, so I was a little nervous to enter the tunnel. However, after turning on the light switch myself, that nervousness went away a little. I think the process of tunneling has stopped temporarily due to lack of financial support. Several tunnel temples in Sri Lanka have been built in different geographical regions. For that, they have been established in places where there are no landslides.
