I agree with you that in previous years the urban planning in terms of roads was not good, however, that has changed over the years with the new distributions that have been made.

These two traffic circles that you name are really a point of vehicular affluence and also an icon of the city that while remaining simple connects us with the identity of the city, such as the one that connects us with our military history.
