Hace exactamente diez meses, uno de mis hijos gemelos, Manuel Elías, @memj0310 publicó en esta comunidad un trabajo que realizó en la Iglesia de Alto Grande: Remodelación y adecuación. Casa parroquial . Bitácora de obra. -Primera Parte en la publicación él hace referencia a la bitácora de trabajo en la que estuvo al frente, como Ingeniero residente, entre los meses de marzo y abril del año pasado (2021). En esa oportunidad, mi hijo, fue el encargado de supervisar la remodelación y adecuación de una casa para el Obispo de la
Diócesis de Guarenas, la vivienda quedaría dentro de una iglesia existente en la Urbanización Alto Grande y el proyecto fue administrado y generado por la Alcaldía del
Municipio Zamora del
Estado Miranda.

Exactly ten months ago, one of my twin sons, Manuel Elías, @memj0310 published in this community a work he did in the Alto Grande Church: Remodeling and adaptation. Parish house. Work log. -First Part in the publication he refers to the work log in which he was in charge, as Resident Engineer, between the months of March and April of last year (2021). On that occasion, my son was in charge of supervising the remodeling and adaptation of a house for the Bishop of the
Diocese of Guarenas, the housing would be inside an existing church in the Alto Grande Urbanization and the project was administered and generated by the Mayor's Office of the
Zamora Municipality of the
Miranda State.

Dos meses después de su primera publicación, mi hijo, Manuel Milano, @memj0310 dejó en esta comunidad otra publicación con el título: Remodelación y adecuación. Casa parroquial . Bitácora de obra. -Segunda Parte en esa publicación habló de los avances de la obra en construcción. En conclusión, en ambas publicaciones se explica paso a paso, día a día y con todos los detalles arquitectónico, legales y civiles de la ingeniería el avance de la obra. Lamentablemente, hasta ahora, la obra no se ha concluído por falta de presupuesto; además, hubo cambio de autoridades municipales y mi hijo decidió renunciar a tal responsabilidad porque, unido a las anteriores causas, no le cancelaban a tiempo sus honorarios profesionales. Lo bueno de todo esto fue que mi hijo y el Obispo se hicieron amigos y hoy se está gestionando la continuidad y conclusión de la obra con las nuevas autoridades municipales.

Two months after his first publication, my son, Manuel Milano, @memj0310 left another publication in this community with the title: Remodeling and adaptation. Parish house. In conclusion, in both publications the progress of the work is explained step by step, day by day and with all the architectural, legal and civil engineering details. Unfortunately, until now, the work has not been completed due to lack of budget; In addition, there was a change of municipal authorities and my son decided to renounce such responsibility because, together with the previous causes, his professional fees were not paid on time. The good thing about all this was that my son and the Bishop became friends and today the continuity and conclusion of the work is being managed with the new municipal authorities.

Mi esposa, mi otro hijo gemelo; Manuel Alejandro, @manuelmilano y yo estuvimos ayer visitando a mi sobrino, Julio César, @SoyJulioSorondo quien vive en esa Urbanización junto a su esposa y sus dos hijas, una de ellas recién nacida, la cual fuimos a conocer. Resulta que el apartamento donde vive mi sobrino está ubicado en el lateral izquierdo de la Iglesia y desde su ventana se puede ver toda la estructura religiosa, situación que me motivó a ir a visitar ese recinto sagrado.
[ENG] Yesterday, I was in the Alto Grande Urbanization.
My wife, my other twin son; Manuel Alejandro, @manuelmilano and I were yesterday visiting my nephew, Julio César, @SoyJulioSorondo who lives in that Urbanization with his wife and two daughters, one of them newborn, whom we went to meet. It turns out that the apartment where my nephew lives is located on the left side of the Church and from his window you can see the entire religious structure, a situation that motivated me to visit that sacred site.

Al llegar a la Iglesia con mi hijo @manuelmilano encontramos a un grupo de vecinas que estaban rezando un rosario, ingresamos al templo en silencio, con mucho respeto y recogimiento, esperamos que terminaran de hacer su acto religioso, luego una vieja amiga y colega muy apreciada, que se encontraba en el lugar, se nos acercó, nos saludamos con mucho cariño y conversamos unos minutos, ella fue mi compañera de trabajo en una reconocida Institución educativa de la zona, hoy está, igual que yo, jubilada. Resulta que ella conoció a mi hijo Manuel Elías @memj0310 quíen fue el Ingeniero residente en la obra de remodelación del templo, ella estuvo presente durante los trabajos porque es una de las encargadas de ese recinto sagrado; por esa razón tuvo mucha interacción con mi hijo. La visita la aproveché para tomar algunas fotografías e investigar un poco sobre la reseña histórica y arquitectónica del Templo.

When we arrived at the Church with my son @manuelmilano we found a group of neighbors who were praying a rosary, we entered the temple in silence, with great respect and recollection, we waited for them to finish their religious act, then an old friend and colleague very appreciated, who was in the place, approached us, we greeted each other with great affection and talked for a few minutes, she was my co-worker at a recognized educational institution in the area, today she is, like me, retired. It turns out that she met my son Manuel Elías @memj0310 who was the resident engineer in the remodeling work of the temple, she was present during the work because she is one of those in charge of that sacred precinct; for that reason he had a lot of interaction with my son. I took advantage of the visit to take some photographs and investigate a little about the historical and architectural review of the Temple.

República Bolivariana de Venezuela Es una construcción moderna de reciente data (23 de noviembre de 2014), Templo consagrado y dedicado solemnemente en honor a San Juan Evangelista, tal lo certifica una de las placa conmemorativa que está colocada en la entrada. Fue inaugurada el 8 de febrero de 2015 y el 6 de agosto de 2021 fue otorgada solemnemente al Obispo de la Diócesis de Guarenas, Monseñor
Tulio Luis Ramírez Padilla y al Presbítero José Barrera.

As I mentioned at the beginning of this publication, this Catholic temple belongs to the
Diocese of Guarenas, and is located, exactly, in the Alto Grande Urbanization from
Guatire, Zamora Municipality, Miranda State in the
Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela It is a modern construction of recent date (November 23, 2014), Temple consecrated and solemnly dedicated in honor of Saint John the Evangelist, as certified by one of the commemorative plaques placed at the entrance. It was inaugurated on February 8, 2015 and on August 6, 2021 it was solemnly awarded to the Bishop of the Diocese of Guarenas, Monsignor
Tulio Luis Ramírez Padilla and to the Presbyter José Barrera.

[ESP] A modo de resumen:
La urbanización se divide en dos lotes, el lote 1 cubre 10 hectárias y contempla la etapa 1 con 20 edificios (3 pisos con 4 apartamentos cada uno) , la etapa 2 con 20 edificios (3 pisos con 4 apartamentos cada uno) y la etapa 3 con 24 edificios (3 pisos con 4 apartamentos cada uno). Este lote de tierra tiene 768 apartamentos. El lote 2 se desarrolla en una etapa (etapa 4) que cubre 9.80 hectáreas, esta contempla 54 edificios de 3 pisos con 4 apartamentos por piso, para un total de 648 apartamentos. El recinto religioso esta ubicado en la cuarta etapa de la urbanización, construido sobre una losa de 50 metros de largo por 20 metros de ancho aproximadamente con una altura promedio de losa de 40 centimetros. La iglesia cuenta con 25 columnas (perimetro) de 0,40 metros de ancho por 0,40 metros de largo y una altura promedio de 3 metros. Posee una cubierta o tejado a cuatro aguas que le permite recojer las aguas por cada pared de fachada, esta cubierta de techo esta soportada por 17 cerchas metálicas de 20 metros de largo. La iglesia posee tres puertas de acceso, dos en sus laterales y una puerta principal al frente. Su fachada esta compuesta por vitrales que permiten canalizar la luz del sol en imagenes alucivas a la fé cristiana y bloques de arcilla que forman cruces, que a su vez, permiten la ventilación natural en el interior del recinto religioso, el piso de la iglesia fue colocado con baldosa roja.

The urbanization is divided into two lots, lot 1 covers 10 hectares and includes stage 1 with 20 buildings (3 floors with 4 apartments each), stage 2 with 20 buildings (3 floors with 4 apartments each) and stage 3 with 24 buildings (3 floors with 4 apartments each). This lot of land has 768 apartments. Lot 2 is developed in one stage (stage 4) that covers 9.80 hectares, it includes 54 3-story buildings with 4 apartments per floor, for a total of 648 apartments. The religious site is located in the fourth stage of urbanization, built on a slab approximately 50 meters long by 20 meters wide with an average slab height of 40 centimeters. The church has 25 columns (perimeter) 0.40 meters wide by 0.40 meters long and an average height of 3 meters. It has a hipped roof or roof that allows it to collect the water for each façade wall. This roof deck is supported by 17 metal trusses 20 meters long. The church has three access doors, two on its sides and a main door in front. Its facade is made up of stained glass windows that allow sunlight to be channeled into images alluding to the Christian faith and clay blocks that form crosses, which in turn allow natural ventilation inside the religious enclosure. The floor of the church was laid with red tile.
