Small Villa in the middle of the Mountains

Recently, there has been a lot of development going on around the Pamah Semelir area. Pamah Semelir itself is a village in Langkat Regency which borders Karo Regency in North Sumatra. 3 years ago Pamah Semelir was very quiet, but now development in this area is very developed, even very far away. Many investors from outside the city who have sharp economic analysis are starting to take into account all forms of profit when they turn this place, which initially had no value, into high value. Including one of the VILLAS that I visited.

If you look at the colors of this Villa which are still very bright and nice, you are absolutely right if you say that this Villa is still new, even the gardens in front of the Villa are still not fully grown and I am sure that in the future this Villa will have many visitors if the work process is 100 percent complete, not only the garden but also the villa construction process, hopefully in the future when I visit here again this villa will be 100 percent complete.

What I like about this Villa is the choice of colors that are striking and a little bold, because usually I always find VILLAs with a natural natural concept with natural tree colors too, and now when I find Villa colors around the mountains with a modern concept smart and feminine, I think the management of this VILLA wants to get out of the comfort zone that is always attached to pre-existing Villa concepts.

I often see the roof shape of this villa in housing in urban areas, with an overlapping concept like this, it makes this villa building really stand out from other buildings around the villa, which is further emphasized by the presence of shaped windows. The boxes with white frames are very beautiful in my opinion, and a good choice of colors.

Then when I saw the walls of this villa for the first time, I thought they weren't made of concrete or cement, but made of GRC, but it turned out I was wrong. This wall is made of ordinary cement which is painted and then deliberately made into a frame which is given a white sheet so that it resembles the shape of a board. Likewise with the Villa's supporting pillars which are made with cement that has been coated and colored and then only shaped to resemble bricks. Likewise on the dividing wall in front of the building.

And when I entered this villa there were 2 beds there, with a bathroom in it, and you can see for yourself the design of this room, I felt like I saw it was made in the shape of a Japanese house, (correction I am Ajika I am wrong ). Inside it is very COZY and HOMMY, the impression of luxury is immediately felt in this room, then I also really like the choice of curtains, I really like all the existing Villa designs, and don't forget the vents which are deliberately made round, this is very cool, the price To stay here is also not too expensive, namely Rp. 300,000 or the equivalent of 19 U$ dollars. With all the comfort here, I'm sure it will all be worth it, especially with the mountain views and fresh air that we don't get in urban areas.

And don't forget the floor of the room, it turns out they also chose a natural design to maintain the remaining comfort zone, I thought they would also choose a striking floor concept, but apparently not, but the design of this villa is really cool and I really like it. How about you, do you like it too? Greetings from maytom

Looks incredible if you ask me, especially with the building structure that tells you that such buildings serves more for a temporary accomodation.

What a great place to channel your money. Thanks for sharing such a great post.

thank you and what you say is very true friend @sahidclement99

Hi, I love the internal design and the external color is very striking.

thank you and you are very right friend @virgilio07

Wow! I love the design of this villa. It's homey, comfortable but luxurios. The window design is not commonly as I see woth other houses or villa.

and there are many other cool buildings around this villa, friends @bluepark

It can be mentioned that the yellow color painted on the wall outside of this villa is very attractive. Also, its shape is unique. Even in a building that had no value in the past, it is certain that it will bring more value due to the current urban development. The simple arrangement of the bed room in this villa brings comfort to the guests.

You are absolutely right. and it is very rare to find a villa with a design like this @madushanka

Hi @maytom, I liked the color of the house and the conical shape of the roof, the pictures in the front give it elegance, the interior design is cozy and warm, my favorite part the natural environment, the plants and the hill look beautiful, I imagine a cool and relaxing place.

Greetings and blessings!

Thank you friend and are there many places like this in your country? @belkyscabrera

Despite this villa being small, I can say that the people behind constructing this thought so much about what to put in it. This just looks so neat and at the same time, homy.

you are absolutely right and do you think the price offered is suitable for everything we get? @themedwhowrites

I love the exterior design and also the color, all in all the structure is very lively.

you are right friend. the lively colors of buildings in the middle of the mountains make us even more excited @afterglow
