Hey HIVE friends in this community, while it's still warm, I wish you a happy birthday for this community, I hope it will be even more glorious in accordance with the expectations that are always echoed, inspiring many people and continuing to grow from time to time time. Success for all of us. And today I will share the unique concept of Café in the Middle of the Forest. And this is one of my favorite cafes when I'm crossing this road. we can't count how many times we ate and enjoyed the view at this Café.
What is thirsty for attention when we come to this Café is actually not because of the food menu, but because of the Café concept that is being stretched here. This Café Named Café Kaliki. The location of this Café is on the edge of a forest bordering Langkat and Karo Regencies. Usually, visitors who come to this Café are those who will go to the foot of Mount Sinabung, enjoying the view, cool air, freeway without traffic jams and lots of noise. - the sounds of wild animals that make the peaceful and comfortable atmosphere even more thick. And because this Café is located on the edge of the forest, the Café building is almost 100 percent made of wood.
The concept of this Café is adapted from the Prophet Noah's Ship with a history that accompanies it where the owner of this Café has the thought that he made this Café in the form of a ship so that visitors who are here can be saved from feeling bored with concepts that are familiar in urban areas, boredom from busy routines thus making the brain a little error, and other feelings of boredom, like Prophet Noah who saved the lives of his people from the great flood at that time. Those are the basic thoughts of this Café owner.
Really cool concept with the theme "back to nature" without hurting the existing culture, it's proven that the concept at this Café goes hand in hand with that theme. Café Kaliki has 3 seating concepts for guests. The first concept is the lesehan concept where guests will eat without chairs by sitting cross-legged. And the design of the building in this lesehan is carrying a unique joglo theme with a roof made with the characteristics of the Karonya Batak custom here,
Then the second concept is the concept of normal visitors in various cafes with seats and tables, if you come in a crowd of around 10 people, you will be directed to a seat like this. see the view of the green forest without limits, free without burden, breathe oxygen deeply without pollution and what is clear here is very cool. Dam of the third concept is the concept of teenagers who want to take pictures on their social media. And this third concept is always a mainstay in this Café.
This third concept is the shape of the seat made like we are on a ship. And to get to this ship we have to pass through a small bridge made of boards. This ship itself was built on top of a cliff with a freer view of the first and second concept, if there are no other visitors and only the two of you here, you can show the TITANIC movie here..ha…ha. and the concept of a ship in the middle of the forest is a prima donna in itself for hunters of unique Instagramable photos.
What do you think, the design of this Café is very unique, right? And don't drain your pockets for the souls of employees like me. Greetings from us, Tomi and Maya, from the city of Binjai, Indonesia
Its uniqueness is very real, how can there be a ship in the middle of a forest, not even water. It's a really cool tradition, a pop culture that really reflects Indonesia. Thanks for sharing :)
yes @aswita .. and have you been here before? This is in the Pamah Semelir area
This is unique. It seems a good metaphor: "to set sail in the mountains".
very unique once you come and witness firsthand @juecoree
Immediately I saw the photo, I thought of Noah's boat. The concept is great, although it's a little scary to feel like I'm standing on a boat that's held together with some logs. Maybe waiting for the flood and sailing over the treetops.
