Oh wow! Absolutely wonderful break down and such a great blog. Old log cabin homes are beautifully designed and engineered. There used to be one in the woods where we'd go to visit as kids.
It was abandoned but still completely intact. We would sleep over night at times and camp there. The only brick was the chimney which provided great warms in summer.
It must of been atheist 50 - 60+ years old with no maintenance. Loved it and great memories
