On this occasion I will continue with the progress of construction work that was executed in the March-April period. remodeling and adequacy of a house for the Monsignor within an existing church in Miranda state. The project was managed and generated by the mayor of the Zamora Municipality of Miranda state.

Se hablo sobre las posibles soluciones que se pueden tomar para el problema de la distribución de las instalaciones sanitarias del baño, ya que al no contar con planos internos de la edificación no se puede estar demoliendo en busca de la tubería de 4". Además se debe incluir la demolición que se debe hacer para construir la tanquilla. Todo esto daría una demolición de 1,10m3 aproximadamente. Además tendríamos un gasto más para la construcción de la tanquilla y la reparación del piso de la iglesia.

* Segunda: Realizar la demolición del piso, desde el lugar donde será ubicada la poceta o inodoro y llevarla por el exterior de la edificación hasta llegar a la tanquilla de aguas negras ubicada en el exterior de los baños existentes. Para esto se deberá sacar la línea al exterior y llevarla por tierra , para evitar demoler en el interior de la iglesia, sin embargo yo les mencione que esto traería otro problema, las normas sanitarias indican que por cada cambio de dirección de 90° y para recorridos de más de 10 m en sistemas de aguas negras se deben construir taquillas, además se debe respetar la pendiente mínima, también existe un problema, el cual es, la existencia de un aire acondicionado y una escalera de piedra ubicados en la trayectoria de la tubería.

Otro problema que se descubrió, es que la descarga de las aguas negras de la cocina descargan en la tanquilla de aguas de lluvia ubicada en la entrada principal de la casa, por lo que se determino, que esa instalación se encuentra incumpliendo con las normativas, ya que las aguas negras no pueden descargar en el sistema de aguas de lluvia. El Director de ingeniería y urbanismo que también se encuentra supervisando e inspeccionando, menciono que esa instalación debe ser eliminada, y construirla para que descargue en la tanquilla de aguas negras. Este problema no estaba previsto en el proyecto.

The Monsignor also requested that the access to the warehouse, located behind the stained glass window, be reinforced with an iron door, this in order to avoid in the future a possible act of vandalism against the church, and want to enter the area of the house. He commented that instead of a tank of 1500lts he wanted one of 3000lts, so the inspectors replied, that it was better to install two of 1500lts in order to better dissipate the loads of the lightened slab (zero slab type) that is projected in the project as the base for the tank.
10:20 am Llegada del Monseñor a la obra. La pared por la cual solicito la supervisión e inspección es la que está ubicada en el espacio de la sacristía, se indico que para mañana se debe realizar la demolición porque hoy solo se hará la supervisión por ser semana radical. El Monseñor también solicitó que se reforzara con una reja o puerta de hierro la puerta que da acceso al depósito ubicado detrás del vitral, esto con el fin de evitar a futuro un posible acto vandálico contra la iglesia, y quieran entrar al área de la casa. Comento que en vez de un tanque de 1500lts deseaba uno de 3000lts, por lo que respondieron los inspectores, que era mejor instalar dos de 1500lts para así disipar mejor las cargas de la losa aligerada (tipo losa cero) que está proyectada en el proyecto como base para el tanque.

Por lo que conociendo esto, se puede determinar que la mejor opción es realizar la araña sanitaria de aguas negras del baño y llevarla a la tanquilla ubicada al frente de la entrada de la casa, tanquilla donde se descargan las aguas residuales o negras de la cocina. Para eso se deberá demoler un pequeño tramo de losa y sacar la tubería de 4" del baño hasta el terreno, aquí se deberá realizar una tanquilla de acuerdo a la normativa antes mencionada, esta tanquilla permitirá hacer la conexión con la tubería principal que llega a la tanquilla de descarga. Además se debe proponer o realizar otra tanquilla en el punto de cambio de dirección, en el mismo lugar que señala el plano, pero que no está construida.

Wow, what a comprehensive report aka blog post! At the same time, there's certainly a lot of coordination work to be done there with important members of the engineering/construction team, subcontractors and suppliers, and the religious owners themselves including the Monsignor.
During your demolition works of existing concrete walls inside the house, did you encounter the blockage of utility lines such as electrical wires/pipes, mechanical devices, or sanitary fittings that also need to be removed or adjusted @memj0310?
