The title of this post caught my attention. I have heard about this for quite some time but I've never seen one as beautiful as this. It became like a park yet it serves a purpose. I am curious if the animals like that shown in the photos are just free to roam or is someone taking care of it?

The animals are free to roam however, people do often visit and feed them scraps and seeds.
The wild population has been growing ever since these forms of water ways have been implemented. It's great!
