Your project is absolutely gorgeous! The pivoting teak partitions, the garage doors, the interior, the water spaces, the roofs...everything!
I've never been to Phuket, Thailand or this part of the world in general, but I am especially attracted by these one-storey constructions (quite unconventional for the houses and villas in our region, which are built in most cases on two floors.)
Oh thanks for your compliment! Im a big fan of combining a mezzanine floor with a double volume ceiling in parts of the home. Often when space is limited I will design so that bedrooms are on the upper level but keep the ground floor living spaces double volume for airflow and cooling.
