The trend for premium living has been on rise in India. People are looking for high end facilities leaving behind their old lifestyle. Looking at the specific needs many builders are coming up with premium living style of residential complexes. They are meant for the people who are / can ready to afford the luxuries. While a middle class people only dream for such places, rich people does own them with ease. Theybare ready to pay anything for their Lavish lifestyle. The trend is now shifting towards smaller cities of India as well. Yesterday, I went to one such under construction complex, and look inside the premium living style that high income people easily afford.
"Premium living" in India refers to high-end residential spaces, typically located in prime areas of major cities, offering superior amenities, excellent construction quality, and a focus on lifestyle features, catering to individuals with high incomes who desire a step up from standard housing without necessarily reaching the most extravagant luxury level"
It is more of a upscale living experience compared to average housing options, with features like modern design, security, and convenient access to key amenities like business districts and entertainment hubs. This one is yet an under develope area, where the development is happening. Still the location is very near to river Ganga. After introducing us with the builders project ad details, the marketing person took us to the sample flat. Honestly, I never seen any sample flats before. The builder took us to give a glimpse of royal set up.
The door open up with a huge hall, with ceiling. The room had all the furniture showcasing the Lavish lifestyle. The furniture specifically placed was exquisite and royal. The person wanted us to seat and talk, but we were more interested in taking the sample tour.
The sample flat alredy shown me the sign of lavish lifestyle that rich people could afford. We further moved ahead to the kids room, as said by the marketing official. It was pretty well set up with a single bed, covered with sheets and tr side wall, well decorated with artifacts and playing g item. The lighting of the room was not glowing but still giving us a soft touch to the room.

We moved ahead towards thr kitchen area, that show case some state of art facilities. The kitchen was well equipped with many advanced technology, from refrigerator to electric chimney to dish washer. It has everything, including some premium style cupboards. The white texture is adding a premium vibes too.
Opposite to the kitchen aas the dining area. With dining table, surrounded with royal furniture. They have the cultilery to displayed in the table. They were exquisite and looking expensive with some of the spoons and forks makde up of bronze.
From a royal welcome, while entered to the big drawing hall, to kids room.to kitchen. We have seen the glimpse of Lavishness at everything. Even the walls had premium.shades to woo the customers. After dining, it is time for some rest and that requires a personal living space. Which took us to another set of open room adjacent to the dining area. The place has large sofa set, with a center table in between. There is a television installed on the opposite wall for entertainment. Each is them were intrinsic quality and adding a different vibes

The color choice of the living is very apesljng and pleasing. One can easily find their sacred space sitting around such a comfortable place. Our tour to the Lavish lifestyle continued for two more bedroom. While the bigger of them was rhe master bedroom, with a king-size bed ready to welcome us.
The master bed room has a little balcony, that bring us back to reality. The real world where we really existed, outside the glamour and lavishness of the sample flat.
The flat was well equipped with digital door locking system. Each of the bed room has attached Bathroom, and wardrobe. It was later learnt that the interior decoration can be changed by the flat owner and the one that we toured was only a sample that people could afford. Unfurnished flat will be alloted to the buyer as is where basis on project completition. The expected date of completetion is 2030 and the present cost of each flat is 3.6Cr INR.
It was my first tour into the Lavish world of richness. Each of the item displayed speaks about the luxury that a rich people could afford. It is much beyond to richness. It was meant for a royal living. Quite outside the scope and reach of a common man. It was a good learning tour that took us to a differrnt world for a short period of time. Coming back to reality is more pleasing untill I could afford such lavishness.

Bhai, it was a sample flat showcaseing the premium living style of rich people. What is the harm in taking a tour inside the lavishness. Even I was uncomfortable as well... Anna middle class hi this Hai, uss some me Mai Kavita baithunga hi nai, premium showpiece hi thik hai
Pata nahi bhai aapki bhabhi bhi mujhe kheech kar le jaati hain aise jagahon par. Wo to bade maze mein ghoom leti hain mein hi thoda hairaan rah jata hun.
Aisa jagah par baith kar doston se baatein karne bhi mazaa nahi aayega. Aayega to chai ki taparri par jo lakdi ka fatta laga hua hain naa jahan 3 ki jagah 4 baithe hain aur thoda sa jhul jata hain. Ussi jagah par mazaa aata hain.
