Langsa City Grand Mosque with its Magnificence

My previous post in this city shared a lot about the mosques in Langsa City, Aceh, because in the country of Indonesia, Aceh is said to be the city of a thousand mosques or the veranda of Mecca because the majority of people in this city are Muslim. Even so, many foreigners come to this city to find beautiful waves at a low cost besides the city of Bali which is already very well known internationally with its culture and beautiful scenery.

But now I don't want to talk about that but talk about the beauty of the architectural design in the city of Langsa itself. The many mosques in the city of Langsa with unique and very beautiful architecture that I have shared in this community are actually still inferior to the Grand Mosque of Langsa City that I will share. The Grand Mosque of Langsa City itself is the only most magnificent mosque in the city of Langsa itself. It can be said that of all the mosques in this city, the Grand Mosque of Langsa City is the mosque that has the number 1 design that is better and the most classy.

From a distance, the mosque with many golden yellow domes and a building that has a white color on the entire outside is already very striking among other buildings in the city. This mosque is located in the center of Langsa City. And when I entered the mosque area there was a fountain pool there but it was not on, this fountain will only be turned on occasionally if there are great guests who come to this city or religious holidays. And although the mosque building itself is very large, it turns out that there is still an expansion in this mosque by building a canopy terrace and there I can see free drinking water that can be taken for anyone.

From the left right corner of the front and back of the walls in this mosque use 3-dimensional wall panels that beautify the mosque while maintaining the white and gray colors that frame the panels, not too striking but giving a neat impression on the paint section. Then the Spanish-style pillars wrapped in slightly golden brown marble make the building supported by it seem magnificent and dynamic. The floors used in this building are also full marble so that the luxurious and magnificent impression is very pronounced here.

Then entering the mosque, the interior design in this mosque shows luxury with 100 percent walls covered in white marble, then beautified by panels that resemble brown windows and the panels are surrounded by abstract carvings. Then there are some white pillars that I don't know what they are made of because I'm afraid I'm wrong in mentioning the type of material, in the middle of the pillar is designed to store existing books or books. Then the dome of the interior of the mosque is designed very luxuriously and in striking colors with many typical religious carvings and the ceiling is made in cement and then laminated with brown ceramics and listed using more dominant dark brown ceramics.

Then inside the mosque there are also other supporting pillars that seem to be connected to the second floor and these pillars are covered with gray ceramics to match the color of the floor inside the mosque which also has gray marble. So that the uniformity and contrast of colors in its place make this mosque very worthy to be called the most magnificent mosque in Langsa City, Aceh. then in the very center of the mosque there are decorative lights that are circular and quite large, in addition to helping to illuminate the inside of the mosque, these decorative lights also have another task, namely as a complement to the interior with a luxurious impression here, so that when entering this mosque everyone will be amazed not only by the design of the building but also visitors will be amazed by the interiors on the inside which already show luxury, dynamism of materials and colors and a spacious impression that is no longer covered.

And some pictures I took randomly in some corners of the mosque to show some different designs in this mosque too, because this mosque is very large with some corners of the mosque that I can't enter to take the documents. That's all from me about the mosque in Langsa city and greetings from Tomidiwirja, Indonesia
