Hello dear it is certainly a very interesting building, it caught my attention the roof is very peculiar. In addition the surrounding area makes it look much more striking.

The top is quite striking and I can bet that many locals don't know the purpose of those boxes. I would love it if they could reactivate that garden at the top and give Maracay a lot more greenery.
