I have heard quite a bit of negativity on DCity over the past few weeks but I don't think I heard much about it after taxes recovered enough to receive a bit of SIM everyday.

It's the less "time-consuming" game I played in my entire life! And I play it already for more than 1 year.
Yeah, you should play, especially now that the "entry fee" is so low! The game is not just about SIM, there are multiple strategies in the game. Including long-term ones. I can only say, that if you think it will get boring because the market will crash, that that's just when things are going to get more interesting.
Well its more like I have a city that's generating a little bit but its not really that much. I don't think I have checked it in a few weeks though.
