I'm sorry for the multiple notifications too! I didn't realize each edit prompts a new tag notification. (Could that be fixed for with a fork? 🧐)

      Its a UI thing... UIs can implement an option for that to notify users or not... or even to notify just the 1st time. Good point... shout about it on your preferred UI discord channel or something. Many features get implemented like this.

      I don't worry about notifications. ;)
