Kenyan warriors

in Shadow Hunters8 hours ago (edited)

Turkana lake, Kenya.

These are Turkana warriors.
Young people of these tribes (men and women) must pass 15 years of their life as warrior. Warriors manage and feed animals, and they are a sort of police, defending the villages if necessary.

Here we are on the shore of Turkana lake.
During the set a crocodile watched us from the water.
Here you can met also black mamba, a very dangerous snake also said 'the seven steps snake' (you can image why). Luckily, in the village nearby, they have the antidote.

Warrios can't talk and they can't have any sentimental relationship for all the time of this service.

Pictures taken with Sony Alpha 7iii.

I enjoyed watching the pictures and I personally liked them a lot. I have never seen such a person in real life before but I have seen them in Indian Tamil films sometime in the past.

Good experience to know them, also if they can't talk so much...

Really well written, brother! The way you described the life of Turkana warriors is truly impressive. It felt like I was part of the journey while reading. Your content always brings something new to see and learn. May Allah give you more strength.
And as for your photography—it’s outstanding on its own, no praise is needed.🥰
