I did implement a small change where if you get an errormessage after tipping, you only get it once, since we were experiencing some "less nice" accounts that were using it for spamming.
So you may see the tippingbots not picking up on the command, while actually they have picked it up, but didn't respond because you were out of !BBH for instance and already got the notification once today.
