What a sight
Reflection of this magnificent beast
I love elephants and I was blessed out of my mind this past week when I was invited to my cousin John's lodge at Thornybush.
The first day we went on a game drive and we saw some lions and giraffe and plenty of buck and some wildebeest that they name Dagga Boys
The next day I decided to chill on my own when the others went out for the drive and I had the best viewing ever. Seven elephants came to the water -among them a teenager and a baby and they were all splashing each other in the water. I really felt blessed having a perfect view of them so close to the patio. They were there for just over half an hour. I was fascinated and didn't have my phone nearby and there I was having a private and exclusive viewing.
The following day one came again and this time fully immersed himself in the water. My cousin Flavia went closer to capture a photograph.
Once again a very special moment
Except for one day - we saw one or more elephants at our water hole in front of our patio. Blessed beyond what I can imagine.
Hope you enjoy the reflection photographs!!!
