I am so blessed to live within walking distance of this paradise at Jacksonville Beach Florida! When I go to the beach, I often feel like pinching myself to remind myself that I live here at the next beach community over. It will be 29 years this year since we moved south from where we had been living in Atlanta.
Sand, sea and sky are all beautiful, but I am always fascinated by the beautiful shadows created on the beach and on the boardwalks. The intense sun and the light sand make the contrasting shadows so intriguing to me.
I hope you will enjoy this small collection of beach shots along with some intense shadow shots from our nearest boardwalk.
It’s been a while since I have posted, but am very happy to see that @melinda010100 is still hosting shadow posts, and even has this great community going! Thanks for keeping this alive for so long!! I look forward to participating as often as I can. I just hope I have managed to interpret the rules correctly and that I have posted in the correct place. Things have changed a lot since I was last on here three years ago!
