A Journey Among The Shadows
Hai from me, in Indonesia.
Duty calls. I have to go now. It is still dark and almost down. I have appointment with someone at 9.00 in the morning. My husband has woken up and he will drive me for 4 hours from Medan to Simalungun Sumatera Utara. He we go….
Oh my god…..this is beautiful. I sleep just a little time because I have to prepare for the journey I am going to have today. I need to make sure the house is tidy when I leave it with the children. But this makes me fresh. Anywhere I see is the shadows with beautiful sky view.
I guess I can call it the awakening shadow. At down, they feel like accompanying me along the way.
Waw! Not only the shadows of the trees ….there are also the solar streetlight that looks like a flying lights welcoming me.
There are not many cars on the street. It is quiet. There are also not many houses I can see. The quietness feels so peaceful. I and my husband don’t talk a lot because both of us enjoy it.
A bridge across the street looks like cutting out the sky. Nobody walks on it, but it will be crowded in the afternoon.
Do you see the left side? The shadow seems to run next to our car. I imagine it as a flashman ha ha ha…..
Shadows in the middle of the highway. I have a smiling face right now.
The sky is close to me. It is so wide.
I begin to see another cars. When I see it with my eyes it is clearly vehicles. But in this picture they look like train, isn’t it?
It starts to be clearly seen. I see the watch. It is 5.30 in the morning.
The shadow of a bunch of trees….again and again. I do not get bored looking at it with a slight of yellow light in the sky.
I see beautiful scenery from my window. The will come the sun any minute, yay!
A house is drown in the bush! There are many coconut trees along the way. They form perfect flower shadow.
My oh my….If only I can take my children to see this magnificent paintings. Well, I have to go to work and they have to go to school. Next time, we will have this journey together in holiday.
Can you smell the fresh air or at least imagining you are here? It is a great way to refresh your eyes guys.
The sun begins to peep shyly.
The dark cloud blocks the sunrise.
I pass by the foggy part of the road
Hallo Mr. Sun! Nice to meet you.
I have arrived at Simalungun. A nice small town and nice people. I have been working with them all day and I am now ready to have another 4 hours driving home taken by my husband. It 3.00 pm. I am looking forward to see my kids. I guess we will be home at night.
It is twilight when I am in Medan. I still find beautiful sight. There are still beautiful shadows with us approaching the night.
The cloud is dark. It will rain soon, and the weather is quite cold.
Hey! It looks like two “things” run along with my car. They remind me of the aliens.
I go out with shadows and I come home with shadows too.
It’s night, raining and cool. I need a jacket. Brrr…..
The rain stops. I open the car window and I see clear sky. There is no star because it has just rained.
I will be home in one hour. I sleep for a while. See you then.
