The ceiling in my living room was leaking water. In fact, I had been watching it deteriorate more and more for a long time. I couldn't fix this problem because I was saving up to buy the air conditioner for my room that was damaged in October.
This is my cracked ceiling, but I still need to cover it with another layer of cement and some mixtures that the master builder and his assistant are using.
I managed to save the money, it costs 200$ to buy this air conditioner. I saw it in December exposed in a department store.
I did not buy it at that time because the priority was something else. First I should have bought the freezer and then it would be the air conditioner. But fate laughed at me.
Since I didn't see the air conditioner offer again for two months. So I decided to invest the air conditioner money in repairing my living room ceiling. Of course, while waiting for the new air conditioner offer.
I fixed my ceiling. Two friends were there for 4 days, on the ceiling. Taking out cracks, plugging them, healing them - as they say- It looked great, but I spent more money than I should have, because all the damage that was visible on the surface was covering up large cracks underneath the small cracks that were visible.
Spent $150 in total, and you know what? While I was fixing my roof, the sale of the air conditioner started at the department store. The sale I have been waiting for two months.
I'm not complaining. I fixed one thing and now I have to wait to raise the $200 again. I don't know for how many more months, what I do know is that life gives you surprises. Some good, some bad, and you have to take them both with a good face.
