This is obviously a Thingamajigus Rotaricus, or to us a normal less sciencey folk, a Rotating... Thingamajig!
We've been taught to believe that earth rotates because of gravity but the truth is that a few of these strategically placed Rotating Thingamajigs is what's keeping the planet from grinding to a halt. 😂😂😂

Sure they're also a vertical wind turbine but the first part is important 😂.

But this is all just an alternative to @stevenwood 's landsquid theory....
