Hello reflection hunters community,
It has been while that I posted a reflection post. So the time is here for a new reflection post.
A couple of months ago I took a nice walk around the nature area around my home town. Estate Heidestein on the Utrechtse heuvelrug national park.
There is a big heather field that has a little pond in the middle. The whole day was pretty grey. thick clouds were over the country for a while now and there was no sun for the whole week. But today there was a little chance that there could be a nice sunset. the clouds were disappearing a little in the evening.
It's not very visible but there is some color in the sky. I saw some golden yellow around the horizon but to bad the sunset didn't was what I hoped for. But the reflections in the water were pretty nice.
This whole area is very photogenic, water heather and some lone trees. Perfect landscape photographing area.
And there is a little hill which was created after the excavation of the pond. gives a nice view over the surrounding landscape.
Eventually the sky became more colorful.
Normally there are sheep walking around here. that would have been an interesting sight in this landscape. but to bad they were in the stable this evening.
I took this pictures at the end of autumn. As you can see the trees are still having some colorful leaves on them.
