A reflection photo of scout students heading to the ceremonial field on Independence Day in 2018. What an old photo! Every August 17th is Indonesia's Independence Day, all Indonesian citizens are very happy because they can be free from Dutch and Japanese colonialism for long time.

Ini adalah entri photo saya untuk Reflection Hunter yang dilaksanakan oleh @annephilbrick17 yaitu sebuah photo refleksi dari siswa pramuka yang sedang menuju lapangan upacara di hari kemerdekaan pada tahun 2018. Sungguh foto yang sudah lama. Setiap tanggal 17 Agustus adalah hari kemerdekaan Indonesia, semua warga Negara Indonesia sangat merasa bahagia karena bisa terbebas dari penjajahan Belanda dan Jepang.
This is an old photo, which I took on the 17th August 2018 Independence Day commemoration before the COVID-19 pandemic. Where students, teachers, police, soldiers, civil servants prepare to enter the field of the independence ceremony in a field. On that day the weather was not good, overcast accompanied by drizzling rain until 10 am. But the enthusiasm of the participants was very strong to make the flag raising a success. After the independence ceremony was completed, the weather improved again. Many people gather to watch carnival events, parades, and various types of traditional games that are held until the afternoon.
Foto refleksi dari kaca spion mobil saya yang dipenuhi embun dari hujan gerimis Ini adalah foto yang sudah lama, yang saya ambil pada peringatan hari kemerdekaan 17 Agustus 2018 sebelum pandemic COVID-19. Dimana siswa, guru, polisi, tentara, pegawai negeri sipil bersiap memasuki lapangan upacara kemerdekaan di sebuah lapangan. Pada hari itu cuacanya tidak sedang baik, mendung diringi oleh hujan gerimis hingga jam 10 pagi. Tapi semangat peserta sangat mengebu untuk menyukseskan penaikan bendera. Setelah upacara kemerdekaan selesai dilangsungkan, cuacanya kembali membaik. Masyarakat banyak yang berkumpul untuk menyaksikan acara karnaval, parade,dan berbagai macam jenis permainan tradisional dilangsungkan hingga sore hari.
