Here is my entry for Shadow Hunters /SMASh Contest- Round 260.
Thank you to @melinda010100 and @olgavita for their time and effort in the community.
Hiking through a canyon a while back on a wickedly cold day, and was looking forward to getting into the warm sunshine again....light at the end of the tunnel.

Reminds me of Hart creek area for some reason.
Not sure, but I think it was on the way to the Green Monster... Evan Thomas Creek off HWY #40
Will need to check that out. (Heart creek, not hart creek).
Im sure its not Heart creek... Green Monster is great, esp if you want a level, easier hike... lots of open areas, lots of nice views.
This is a beautiful Landscape image, of course with the shadow too.
