Everyone from every part of the globe must develop the ability of self reflection. Self reflection helps you grow in life .. It will make you go from one place to the other. Unless and until you are satisfied by the work you are doing (or be it anything that you think is enough for you), self reflection plays a crucial role in changing a person from what he was yesterday. We humans are never satisfied by the things we have or own , so the above sentence won't be much of use to anyone.
But firstly we should ask ourselves "what is self-relfection?" Whenever you see yourself in the mirror , do you ask yourself questions. Most of us do ask questions. Questions can be anything like how am i looking or are you open minded. It's just anything.
Today i went to a library to study some journals about the art and culture our our country. First photo was taken during my return from the library. And the second was in the time i was in the library.
Self reflection is the ability to see the positive aspect of life rather than seeing the negativity. From a person we were yesterday to a person we are today and to a person we will be the future is the change in ourselves to drive us through this game called time. And yes changes are good. It makes you a better person then you were yesterday.
Always ask yourself questions about how any incidents and experiences changed you to grow in life. Sometimes we choose a harder path just because we want to punish ourself and we thing that hard path will make you successful. But why not choose the easy path just because it's easy. Choosing an easy path won't make you a loser. We are all teacher in our game of life.

Self reflection is very important. It is like that balancing of account at the end of the month to see how much profit and loss was made. It helps you see how well you've done or how badly you have done and the need for an adjustment if any. Self reflection helps you see yourself better and ask questions that will gear one towards a positive growth
