It's a reflection on a hot-spring outskirts Taipei. I love this place very much, been there a few times with my friends. It's next to a brook so people can switch between hot/cold water, with its' nice view I can stay here all day long.
The photo below is another view of this spring. If you ever come to Taipei and Yang-Ming Mountain, I highly recommend you go to this place. Very calm and nice spot for one day relax.
