Hola querida comunidad de Hive Blog. Saludos cordiales, especialmente a los que se toman un minuto de su tiempo para leer las pocas líneas que de vez en cuando suelo escribir. En esta ocasión les traje un escrito inédito que refleja tristeza y agotamiento tanto físico como mental. No espero que les guste, sólo deseo que me entiendan, porque a veces en nuestra vida nos toca luchar contra nosotros mismos. Bienvenidos a Mi Blog.

CUANDO LA MENTE NOS GANA LA BATALLA.

No se puede pensar con calma
Cuando la mente nos gana la batalla.
No se puede estar sereno,
Cuando tu mente es tu propio veneno.

Un torbellino de emociones
Un huracán de sensaciones
Un estallido de locura
Pensamientos que son una tortura.

Unas ganas inmensas de dormir
Para ya no tener que pensar.
La depresión llego a mí
Ya no quiero estar aquí.

Un dolor indescriptible
Que en mi pecho me invade
Un deseo inevitable
De para siempre alejarme.

Ya no quiero estorbar
A los que a mi lado están
Quiero tener un sueño largo
Que me permita descansar.

Un terrible sentimiento
De haberme dado por vencido.
La lucha ha terminado,
Lamentablemente he perdido.

Estorbo es como me siento
Sin deseos de seguir.
Cuando la mente nos gana la batalla
Solo nos queda partir.

Hoy respiro con dificultad
Mi ansiedad me va a explotar
Sigo buscando una salida
Para poder encontrar la paz.

WHEN THE MIND WINS THE BATTLE AGAINST US.

You can't think calmly
When the mind wins us the battle.
You can't be serene,
When your mind is your own poison.

A whirlwind of emotions
A hurricane of sensations
A burst of madness
Thoughts that are torture.

An immense desire to sleep
So as not to have to think anymore.
Depression came to me
I no longer want to be here.

An indescribable pain
That in my chest invades me
An inevitable desire
To forever move away.

I no longer want to get in the way
Those who are by my side
I want to have a long sleep
That will allow me to rest.

A terrible feeling
Of having given up.
The fight is over,
Sadly I've lost.

Hindrance is how I feel
With no desire to go on.
When the mind wins the battle
All that's left is to leave.

Today I'm breathing hard
My anxiety is going to explode
I keep looking for a way out
So I can find peace.
